WNBA’s A’ja Wilson is finally getting a signature shoe.
Last month, it was announced that Caitlin Clark had signed a massive shoe deal with Nike to get her own signature shoe.
At the time, WNBA fans complained that Wilson, who had won two MVP awards, deserved to get a signature shoe line.

It appears Nike was listening to fans’ complaints because Wilson would have her own signature shoe.
According to Nike’s website, Wilson’s signature line will be called the A’One.

The Aces star told the Las Vegas Review Journal that she already the signature shoe deal when Clark got hers but she didn’t announce it because the shoe wasn’t ready to be released.

“We’ve been working on this for a couple of years now, and I just wanted it to be perfect,” Wilson said. “I didn’t want this to be something that was just like a handout. I wanted for people to understand that this is coming from me. It took a lot of time, a lot of hard conversations with Nike and my team in order for us to get this product.”
Wilson also recently signed a massive deal with Gatorade to be featured in several ad campaigns.
It seems like business is booming for the WNBA.
