Facebook co-founder and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the third wealthiest man on planet earth, has set him self on fire.
Don’t worry, he is okay. Setting himself on fire was part of a stunt that Mark Zuckerberg filmed with WWE legend John Cena and singer Benson Boone. Though, it remains to be seen if Mark just tagged John Cena in the video for fun because we can’t see him. In fact, many of the comments on Zuckerberg’s video including the one from BroBible mention that we can’t see John Cena.
Again, it’s weird of them to make it look like Mark is shaking hands with thin air here. We’ve all been holding onto this John Cena ‘you can’t see me’ joke for decades but surely they could have actually gotten John Cena to appear in the video, right?
As far as Mark Zuckerberg Reels go, this one is top notch. Starting any video where a billionaire is dropping an f-bomb but cutting the clip off halfway through the word ensures that my attention is immediately locked in.
The clip then cuts to Mark fist bumping director Matthew Vaughn (Snatch, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels) and at this point it’s evident that Zuckerberg is flexing the awesome power and quality of the Ray-Ban x Meta Smart Glasses.
I’d LOVE to know whose idea it was to hand Mark Zuckerberg a katana (sword) before setting him on fire. And the dude looks cool as a cucumber in his jeans, black-t shirt, and rocking his gold chain. Having fiddled around with the Ray-Ban x Meta Smart Glasses myself now for several months I’m seething with jealous that they were able to pull off an entire stunt shoot wearing these.
Coincidentally, Mark previously explained the origins of his gold chain while wearing the Meta Smart Glasses back in April. The Meta CEO and Facebook co-founder has a major keynote speech coming up a week from today. It will be interesting to hear if there are any announcements made related to the Smart Glasses that MZ is showing off here.
