
The 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black has arrived. Team USA’s 12 golfers will battle Team Europe’s best 12 for possession of the Ryder Cup (trophy) and our American side is seeking revenge over a brutal loss in Rome.
Today we look at just how successful these golfers are. You already know they are wealthy, they’re professional athletes after all. But we take a look at each Ryder Cup golfer and their career earnings to really get a sense of how successful they’ve been.
All 24 2025 Ryder Cup Golfers Ranked By Total Career Earnings
From top to bottom in the Ryder Cup earnings rankings, there is an enormous disparity. That’s because we have 3 of the top 4 golfers on the all-time money list competing in the 2025 Ryder Cup. For these career earnings numbers, I have used Spotrac’s database which is more comprehensive than the PGA Tour’s because it includes LIV Golf earnings and it separates major championship earnings/bonuses.
Now without further ado, let’s see who the richest among the rich are at the Ryder Cup!
24. Rasmus Højgaard – Team Europe

Team Europe golfer Rasmus Højgaard ranks 24th out of 24 among the 2025 Ryder Cup golfers in career earnings. He has made $10,247,121.72 (€8,776,352.34) on the DP World Tour and an additional $2.270M on the PGA Tour.
Rasmus was the third youngest golfer ever to win the DP World Tour but he has yet to win on the PGA Tour. He took up golf at the age of 4 alongside his twin brother.
23. Robert MacIntyre – Team Europe

Team Europe’s Robert MacIntyre ranks 23rd out of 24 with $17,965,326 in career earnings. That puts him at 173rd on the all-time golf money list which includes the PGA Tour, DP World Tour, LIV Golf, and majors/bonuses.
He i a two-time winner on the PGA Tour, currently ranked 9th in the world, and had six top-10s this season. After his first big payday in 2019, following a 2nd place finish at the British Masters, Bob MacIntyre bought his mom a new kitchen.
22. Ben Griffin – Team USA

Team USA golfer Ben Griffin ranked 22nd among this year’s Ryder Cup golfers in career earnings with $21,642,242. That puts him at 140th on the all-time golf money list.
Everyone in golf knows his story, about how he stepped away from pro golf to work as a loan officer only to come back and have an incredible career resurgence. He won twice on the PGA Tour this season.
21. Tyrrell Hatton – Team Europe

Team Europe’s Tyrrell Hatton ranks 111th on the all-time money list and 21st among the 2025 Ryder Cup golfers with $26,322,029 in career earnings. He is currently ranked 25th in the world.
Tyrrell Hatton is currently on the LIV Golf Tour but has played in the past on the PGA Tour and DP World Tour. His LIV Golf earnings are unreported, but Hatton has made $5,227,149 on the DP World Tour and $21,049,880 on he PGA Tour according to spotrac’s database.
20. Ludvig Ã…berg – Team Europe

Ranked 20th among the 2025 Ryder Cup golfers in career earnings and 110th on the all-time money list, Team Europe’s Ludvig Ã…berg has $26,800,514 in career earnings with $23.389 million of that on the PGA Tour.
Ludvig Ã…berg has just one career win on the PGA Tour and one in Europe. This is his second Ryder Cup and he is currently ranked 14thin the world.
19. J.J. Spaun – Team USA

Reigning U.S. Open champion and Team USA golfer J.J. Spaun ranks 19th among 2025 Ryder Cup competitors in career earnings with $31,215,422. That puts him at 94th on the all-time money list so far.
J.J. Spaun has two career PGA Tour victories and his making his Ryder Cup debut this year at Bethpage Black after winning the U.S. Open.
18. Cameron Young – Team USA

Coming in at 18th among this year’s Ryder Cup competitors is 28-year-old Cameron Young with $31,381,174 in career earnings. That ranks 92nd on the all-time money list.
Cameron Young had 8 top-10 finishes on the PGA Tour in 2025 and one win. The former 2021/22 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year golfer is making his Ryder Cup debut for Team USA.
17. Sepp Straka – Team Europe

With $39,144,683 in career earnings, Sepp Straka ranks 17th among 2025 Ryder Cup golfers and 68th on the all-time money list. This will be his second Ryder Cup and he went 1-2-0 in his only other Ryder Cup appearance.
Sepp played his college golf for the University of Georgia and will certainly have some fans in the crowd but that won’t stop them from heckling the Europeans when necessary.
16. Matthew Fitzpatrick – Team Europe

Coming in at 62nd on the all-time golf money list with $40,118,372 in career earnings, Matthew Fitzpatrick ranks 16th among this year’s Ryder Cup golfers.
Fitzpatrick is currently ranked 29th in the world in OWGR and this will be his 4th Ryder Cup appearance. He has two PGA Tour wins in his career and currently lives in Jupiter, Florida. In previous Ryder Cup appearances, Matthew Fitzpatrick has a 1-7-0 record.
15. Shane Lowry – Team Europe

Ranked 15th among the 2025 Ryder Cup golfers in career earning is Shane Lowry with $41,260,304 which puts him at 61st on the all-time money list according to spotrac.
Shane is a major champion after winning the 2019 Open Championship, has 6 DP World Tour wins, and his dad was a former professional Gaelic football player.
14. Sam Burns – Team USA

Sam Burns is making his second appearance at the Ryder Cup. He ranks 14th among Ryder Cup golfer with $43,886,606 in career earnings, 55th on the all-time money list.
Burns has 5 career PGA Tour victories, regularly plays golf with the president, and played his college golf for the LSU Tigers.
13. Harris English – Team USA

Ranked 13th among the Bethpage Black Ryder Cup competitors is Team USA’s Harris English. He has $48,790,098 in career earnings which lands him in the 44th spot on golf’s all-time money list.
Harris is also a former Georgia Bulldog and before that he led his high school golf team to four straight state titles. He is currently ranked 10th in the world, an avid deer hunter, and diehard fan of Jeopardy!
12. Russell Henley – Team USA

Team USA’s Russell Henley ranks 12th among the Ryder Cup golfers this year with $54,115,496 in career earnings. That puts him at 37th on the all-time money list.
Russell Henley had one win on the PGA Tour in 2025 and has 5 career wins. This will be his Ryder Cup debut and like several others here he is also a former Georgia Bulldog.
11. Tommy Fleetwood – Team Europe

Tommy Fleetwood *just* picked up his first career PGA Tour victory and it was a huge one, the TOUR Championship. Tommy ranks 11thamong the Ryder Cup golfers with $59,841,838 in career earnings which puts him at 34th on the all-time money list.
It is wild for Tommy to rank 34th all time with only one career PGA Tour victory. The diehard Everton fan has a 7-3-2 all-time record at the Ryder Cup and is making his 4th Ryder Cup appearance this year.
10. Viktor Hovland – Team Europe

With $70,445,746 in career earnings, Viktor Hovland ranks 10th among the Ryder Cup golfers and 25th on the all-time money list. He is currently ranked 15th in the world.
Viktor Hovland has 7 career wins and 1 in 2025. He is the first-ever Norwegian golfer to compete in the Ryder Cup.
9. Collin Morikawa – Team USA

Coming in at 9th among the 2025 Ryder Cup golfers is Team USA’s Collin Morikawa, a two-time major champion. He has $77,611,936 in career earnings which puts him at 19th on the all-time money list.
Collin currently ranks 8th in the world according to OWGR but hasn’t won a tournament since the 2023 Zozo Championship. It only took Collin Morikawa six months on the PGA Tour before he got his first win but things have slowed in recent years and he changed his caddie five times on the PGA Tour this sesason.
8. Justin Rose – Team Europe

Ranking 8th among this year’s Ryder Cup competitors is Justin Rose with $81,122,762 in career earnings. That puts Justin at 16th on golf’s all-time money list.
This will be the 7th Ryder Cup for Justin Rose who is 14-9-3 in the previous 6. He first broke 70 at only 11 years old and has 12 career PGA Tour wins and 11 on the DP World Tour.
7. Patrick Cantlay – Team USA

This will be the third Ryder Cup for Patrick Cantlay who has $86,794,933 in career earnings. That ranks 7th among this year’s Ryder Cup golfers and 14th on golf’s all-time money list.
Patrick Cantlay has 8 career wins on the PGA Tour and played his college golf at UCLA. He is a diehard Quentin Tarantino fan.
6. Bryson DeChambeau – Team USA

Bryson DeChambeau ranks 6th among Ryder Cup golfers with $87,957,175 in career earnings. That puts him at 13th overall on the all-time money list. Bryson previously earned $29,926,616 on the PGA Tour and has made $43,849,571 on the LIV Golf Tour and an additional $14,144,988 in majors. This figure does not include Bryson’s LIV Golf contract.
A former SMU Mustangs golfer, he is a two-time major champion (PGA Championship) and had 9 career PGA Tour victories before leaving for the LIV Golf tour. Bryson currently has over 2.43 million subscribers on YouTube where he has flourished as a creator in the golf space. He is also currently ranked 13th in the world almost entirely from points earned in majors
5. Justin Thomas – Team USA

Justin Thomas aka ‘JT’ ranks 8th on golf’s all-time money list and 5th among this year’s Ryder Cup competitors with $107,984,527 in career earnings. He won once on the PGA Tour in 2025, is a two-time major champion (PGA Champoinship 2x), and played college golf for Bama.
Justin has 16 career wins on the PGA Tour. His grandfather was also a pro golfer and once got paired with Arnold Palmer in the U.S. Open.
4. Xander Schauffele – Team USA

Xander Schauffele ranks 4th among 2025 Ryder Cup golfers in career earnings with $109,038,011. That puts him at 7th on the all-time money list.
Xander is the #3 ranked golfer in the world and won two major championships in 2024. He has 9 PGA Tour victories and 1 international win in his career. His favorite cigar is the Montecristo No. 2 so look for boxes of those to be distributed after Team USA wins.
3. Jon Rahm – Team Europe

Ranked 3rd among this year’s Ryder Cup golfers is the Spaniard Jon Rahm with $161,936,893 in career earnings. That puts him at 4th on golf’s all-time money list.
Rahm is ranked 21st in the world from points accrued in majors. He had 11 wins on the PGA Tour, including the 2021 U.S. Open and 2023 Masters, before moving to the LIV Golf Tour. Jon has earned $77M on the PGA Tour, $73.7M on LIV Golf (not his contract), and $11.19 in majors.
2. Scottie Scheffler – Team USA

The #1 ranked golfer in the world, Scottie Scheffler, only trails one golfer in career earnings at the 2025 Ryder Cup. He has earned $194,339,804 which puts him at #2 on golf’s all-time money list, ahead of Tiger Woods by $15 million!
Scottie has already won 4 major championships before turning 30 years old. He won six times on the PGA Tour this season, something the golf world has not seen in ages. He is the reigning PGA Tour Player of the Year three years in a row and has made $21.7M in majors alone.
1. Rory McIlroy – Team Europe

Rory McIlroy ranks 1st in career earnings among all the 2025 Ryder Cup competitors. He also ranks first on golf’s all-time money list with $207,429,600 in career earnings.
Rory has made over $28 million in major championships alone, and won his first Masters this year to complete the career grand slam. McIlroy also said this morning that the United States is the “greatest country in the world” which is an interesting thing to say on the eve of the Ryder Cup when you are competing for the opposition.
Rory has led the PGA Tour Money List three times. He is a 5x Major champion. Has 40 combined career wins with 29 PGA Tour victories and 11 international.
